Nothing beats the X-men 1992-1997 intro

the song and the scenes are just awesome

Notice a recurring theme? Spiderman hasn`t done so well in realms of cartoons. Makes a great comic and a great movie, but not so good cartoon.

x-men and spiderman 94 was definitely the best marvel cartoons made, good old grade school days

blade the series was good, should have never canceled that show

My favorite series was the mid nineties X- Men cartoon

Nice clip for nostalgia, thanks!

PS
My friend`s band wrote the Spectacular Spider-Man theme, he`ll appreciate knowing that people on the internets appreciate his work!

Mutant X isn`t a marvel tv show, so no clue why thats in there.

*edit - my bad, after bit of research, it is from marvel...did not know that.

and it didn`t show EVERY marvel intros, there`s been a few more, like the original "old" spiderman and the hulk live action series.

although it does bring back fond memories of the good cartoons of the past.

i agree, the 90s x-men series was by far the best with spiderman 94 being second.

i think the xmen series really revolutionized cartoons during that era. taking away from the cheeziness of previous cartoons and adding a whole new depth to characters and plot lines. and that theme was unreal. currently one of my ringtones haha. too bad the fantastic four cartoon in the 90s had to take away all that progress and revert to such a crappy and cheezy song. 94 spiderman was also really good too in terms of storyline, but not as good as x-men in my opinion.

man this video makes me sad that there are no cartoons like this anymore.

I think bottom line, good shows treat kids NOT AS KIDS.

X-Men, dealt with genocide, racial prejudices, feeling like an outsider (and not in your after school special sort of way).

I even remember there being a bit of an uproar about X-Men saying its to violent. Well the world as we found out as we grew up IS a violent place. Frankly the show had better moral values than most shows out there.

Batman the Animated Series was better than all of these. There, I said it.

But I loved the X-Men series. They need to make another one. X-Men: Evolution was okay in spots, but was largely inferior. Spidey `94 comes in third place in the comic book animated series lineup.

I had no idea there was an Avengers series.
