Im sure when it finally reaches its stress point, it`ll shatter like how Carbon Fiber fails... One good thing about using metals is that they will bend most hte time rather than shatter into little peices.

Why would fiberglass replace kevlar? Its not flexible at all... Plus if you actualy wore it like a protective vest, a bullet would still shater it, and then you`d have tiny fragments of glass in your bullet wound.
