that was exactly the right thing to say it`s clear the reporter has very little understanding of the entirety of the message Dr.King and the civil rights movement as a whole was trying to convey but like most who work for and watch faux news this guy seems to have trouble wrapping his head around any message that gets deeper then what can fit on a bumper sticker.

The preacher is logical in what he says, if you go to the getto`s of the U.S you would feel the same way , they are hungry there is no jobs and the education system provided is abysmal. Black people are being enslaved but in a different way, a smarter way, they raised the economy, they slaved to build your houses , pick your crops and all they got was more oppression. And in this modern days they are no longer needed so they get ignored more then any ethnicity. They give them their silly music and dreams of being rap stars that they have no will to rebel. The only way a black person from the hood to make any money is either to rob, sell drugs or rap. They have nothing more to look forward to.

pfleger didn`t explain shit. go read the speech, the entire second half of the speech repudiates wright and his "black liberation theology". MLK would never have endorsed the perpetual injustice line peddled by wright and pfleger. malcolm X would have, but he is universally considered a racist by historians.

pfleger just accuses others of double standards and racism when there is none (except in wright), and hijacked MLK`s vision and twisted it for his own rhetoric. pfleger isn`t pro-black, he is pro-wright. it is amazing how pfleger can defend the overtly racist wright.

wright isn`t pro-black either, just pro-himself. listen to wright curse and seethe against blacks who disagree his divisive views and you`ll realize how pro-black he really is.

Wrights words, he was quoting the Iraqi Ambassador for the whole "America`s chickens have come home to roost line". Wright never cursed all white people either. Wright served in the Marines and the Navy and was assigned as part of President Lyndon B. Johnson`s medical team, but you call him Anti-American? Turn off the Faux Noise and read a book sometime. Reverend Wright has never preached division, he preaches peace and equality, but that does not mean that he ignores the injustices he sees around him to live in a fantasy land of peace and equality in his head.
