Not if they don`t live in the snow and ice of the Antarctica. these are Magellan Penguins and the live around Argentina, southern Chile, and the Falkland Islands

@Diabolo88 - They think that penguins are the way they are because of evolution, and most of their predators are IN the water, not on land (though yes there are some).

The black on their back apparently keeps predators above from seeing them in the dark water, and the white on their bellies is supposed to keep a predator from looking up and seeing them easily.
