Never tackle head first. I`ve tried it, it doesn`t turn out well.

Erm when I was playing rugby at school, we were told to tackle by grabbing the legs to bring them down. Not exactly head first, but if you get the technique right its effective and hard to get hurt. Whats the other option? Effeminatley pulling at the guys shirt in the hope he falls over?

^If you know you are gonna make the tackle you go chest high and throw a shoulder/arm into the ball so they can`t pass or you knock the pill out of their hands.
