Damn, they didn't put in my favorite one of all time. it's when millhouse is missing and wiggum sends out the hounds and then the parents asks him if the dogs "find him and kill him" Then wiggum replys, "They'll *mumble mumble mumble*"

Haha the 1 with the nuts scene was on channel 4 earlier in the UK :p great collection but i think his best moment was when he took a chance at grabbing a piece of cheese from a giant mouse trap before an anvil hit him. Lets jus say he failed ;)
