^Once in a while? Are you smoking crack? Blacks are no more violent than any other race. It just happens to be the case in this country (America) that blacks are more likely to be living in poverty, which makes them desperate, which creates resentment, which makes them do whatever it takes to get what they want. And before you even start on that bullshit argument "this country is in poverty and they don`t commit crimes." The difference is that that entire country is in poverty, whereas America is divided between the haves and the have-nots, which is the main reason why a significant police presence is necessary here.
