I gotta say i`m on the undercover`s side, as far as i could tell he had every right to go on the defensive, draw, and stand his ground, especially if he was on special business at the time.

Especially since the undercover outranks the patroller.

Seems to me as if that patroller cop was trying to score a quota ticket and ended up not admitting he was in the wrong.

That treatment toward another cop is completely unheard of. The undercover was exonerated I think. I remember this story.

Never thought I`d find a traffic stop that wasn`t influenced by drugs, alcohol or robbery interesting.

In the end, this is one of the more amazing ones I have seen...

Wait, so is the undercover cop above traffic law ten? That doesn`t make much sense.

The undercover cop is black, so naturally he is going to get busted for some minor crap. If you have more of the tape you`ll see the other officers "finding" crack in his car. ^^

the narrator was right... that`s not the right way to handle being pulled over... the only thing to say is "yes sir", anything the arresting officer did wrong gets sorted out later!

It`s unlucky Sato that you have to live somewhere where officers expect you to call them Sir and generally treat their citizens like shit. They even seem grumpy if you ask them directions. The only time I was arrested in the UK I was frightened enough to continually call the British policeman Sir and he told me to stop because he wasn`t my teacher and that it wasn`t necessary. Here you could tell them to fuck off and they`ll generally ignore you unless you really push it. It`s a much better way to police your society.

Undercover doesnt mean they outrank a patrol officer.

Man, spiked users at it again. If the cop would have just said, "You`re a cop, ok see ya" you would have been bitching that they get special treatment and if it was just "you or me" we would have gotten a ticket.

Pick a fucking stance and stick with it people. Jesus. You dont have to be so obvious about your anti-establishment ways.
