Konata is the Third Child

This video replaces Shinji in the first episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion with Konata; hilarity ensues. Unlike Shinji, Konata isn’t fazed by anything; in fact I think she’d rather be reading her manga than saving mankind from the Angels. This video would be better with subtitles, but I think we will survive for now.

I`m sure this`d be more fun for fans of both shows .. unfortunately I have no idea who or what Konata is so I`m left puzzled. Even still, a moderately rollicking laugh!

Short info about the whole thing:

Neon Genesis Evangelion is a pretty serious anime, like Godfather serious. Even if there are some things like giant robots and such in it, the series is really about there characters in the show and how they deal with the situation on a psychological level. If you ever have get the chance I`d recommend you to see one of the remake movies which are much shorter.

The blue haired girl, Konata, is from a show called "Lucky Star", a slice-of-life show. It has the weirdest stuff ever in it. There are scenes where the characters just sit and watch TV, play WoW or read manga for 5 minutes or so, in a single sequence with no cuts or change of angle. Don`t watch it unless you are prepared to have your brain melted.
