that is not a bomb barrier, that test was to see if trucks went threw that wall originaly made for nuclear plants. A bomb has 1000x more strength that that truck. If it would of been a bomb test they would have tested a bomb not a truck.

I don`t know but that Anti Terrorist Bomb Barrier isn`t a kind of new invention. I heard from something very similar in appearance and function, I guess it was called A WALL...but I`m not an expert.
