^You`d think that, considering the resourceful use of the shopping cart. However, upon further investigation, I think you`ll find that this grill is, in fact, not that of a hobo.

First, as this is obviously a permanent nesting site, the grill cannot be that of a hobo. The hobo is the migratory species of the genum Residentius Cardboardius and, as they are the "Foraging Homeless", they do not "settle down". Second, according to the National Wildlife Foundation, the homeless are fiercely territorial and rarely travel more than 3 meters from their dens. If this was truely a creation of the homeless, the photographer would not have been able to approach it. Take into consideration the fact that the homeless have not developed the skills to use modern tools in their correct capacity so, noting the proper use of a frying-pan, you cannot deny that this "grill" is of decidedly "homewith" origins.

Besides, the most telltale sign that this is a redneck grill is the presence of food. The homeless do not eat; they survive merely off of spare change. The uploader is correct; it is most certainly a redneck grill.
