Always thought that a mixture of Muay Thai and Jujitsu would be perfect. Out of all the striking styles, MT appears to be the most devastating, however as we all know when it comes down to it.. most fights go tot he ground, that`s where the Jujitsu kicks in!

^ Yep! I used to teach women`s self defense a number of years ago. We taught a combination of Muay Thai, Gracie jiu jitsu for the ground work, and Kali for knife/counter-knife work.

It was a well-rounded curriculum and lotsa fun to see petite women kick the asses of big, testosterone poisoned dudes!
