FUCK YEAH!!! Major gratitude for the upload.

I work & train at an MMA studio, & Muay Thai (with Judo throws) is the quintessential martial art most applicable with real life fighting besides traditional boxing and No-gi Jiu Jitsu.

I`m sure Kung-Fu, Karate, and Tae kwon do are fine for children and self-defense, But in the MMA world where they are referred to as Stung-Fool, Kome-rob-me, and Taek-My-Dough, most of these moves, strikes and kicks can be taken with ease by a conditioned Thai boxer and returned with devastating force.

I am truly amazed at the intensity of their training regimen, I`ve heard stories, but WOW.

Guys, you NEED to see Ong Bak: The Thai Warrior, or The Protector starring Tony Ja. Some cheesy plot and dialog, but trust me, hands down best action in movies I had ever seen.

Muay Thai is one of the more realistic martial arts in the modern world, but Human Weapon documentaries are very brief and exaggerated. It would be better if the show didn`t have the reality tv aspect.

Ong Bak and The Protector are like the ol` kung fu movies with unrealistic moves and situations, but with a new sight of gruesome damage to the body.
