I agree, I just downloaded the new CD last night (The wife is buying it on the way home from her parents, one of the few bands who`s CD`s I actually buy) and though I was dissapointed at first, I`ve been listening to it quite a bit today and it`s actually really good. Still, doesn`t compare to their older style like you pointed out..

Anyhow, I get to see them live for my 5th time in Toronto on Wednesday at Gigantour! :)

I think that their most recent efforts are better than some of the older stuff. Anders vocals are deffinately better.

As far as it goes, it`s not bad.. some pretty good songs but The Chosen Pessimist is fucking amazing!
