Yeah, not a stealth plane at all..... just flew higher and faster then the missiles that were fired at it...

^Actually it had a very small RADAR cross section so it was also hard to see electronically, plus it was very very fast.

It was indeed a bit stealthy, they actually added so called chines (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SR-71_Blackbird#Chines) to the Blackbird.
"Lockheed aerodynamicists believed it would hurt the aircraft`s aerodynamic performance. They are the sharp edges leading from the nose along the sides of the fuselage, which generated powerful vortices around themselves providing a lot of additional lift to the front portion of the aircraft. Eventually leading to surprising improvements in aerodynamic performance." (Leonardo Times, Delft Faculty of Aerospace Engineering Magazine)
