^^ Hey it depends. I got one cook leaving for Europe for a month, another cook returning to construction and a new dishwasher I hired is.... well, useless. So... my time availability is going to be limited. We are opening a new location in November and I will likely be running both. :( So you`re right, I may not have any time in the future to play any games but money to spend on them. How will that work??

But I suppose I chose to be a "line cook."

^^^ i totally guessed it, knew you must be a line cook from ur comments and Gordon Ramsay upload.

My boyfriend is a line cook too, NYT 3&4-star type stuff in NYC (so he`s fuckin awesome, but low $). Not working for Gordon Ramsay though.

I knew a guy who worked for Ramsey. He replaced me at the Fallsview Marriot in Niagara Falls when I left there.

He got fired for sweating on the plates. He was told "If I wanted fucking eau du Canuck I`d have asked for it. You`re just not good enough, get out!"
