Multiple helicopters, planes..etc etc..

Its almost impossible to outrun the cops once `they have a beat` on you.

IE for example once they are trying to forcefully `take you out` that means they have lots of extra coverage and are not worried about losing that one cruiser from the chase.

Your done, give up.
