the universe is so big, i feel so tiny. our galaxy has 200 billion stars, there are 100 billion galaxies.

i wonder what i would do if we ever find life on other planets. in what ways would i react differently if it was bacteria/simple plants and animals compared to another civilization? how would our world change from such a discovery?

When and if a aliens life form contact us this is what would happen. The religions based on the old testement is fucked, bcos it said god only made us. US president will declear he is in charge of earth to alens and other contries will do similar. Governement would want weapon technology for "defence" purpose. Cooporations will look for markets in both directions. Oil companies will try to find out their energy sources and gain monoploy. And the Aliens will blast the spaceship and say "fuck this lot".

actually that`s kind of a loaded title because I mean it`s only the speed of light and even at 70 light years it`s only reached a couple other solar systems and to reach the entire milkway galaxy would take about 100000 years.
