For anyone who doesn`t know, he was the Britain`s answer to Dick Cheney. He was a colossal waste of space and taxpayer`s money, not to mention pies.

But I guess he had his uses... he made Blair look better by comparison and, as we see here, provides the ultimate anti-bulimia advert!
