I think this might be in Turkey. There is an island where they take all the stray cats. Instead of taking them to a shelter to be adopted/killed, they vaccinate them and drop them off on this island. Its cool too cause on the island they have all these outdoor cafes and you literally have cats sitting on the chairs next to you and even on your table if you`ll let them.
