This is amazing footage. He did the moonwalk before Michael Jackson and other moves that him and others have copied since. And way better than MJ at that.

there was a documentary about that, MJ was just taught the "moon walk." his choreography said it was named differently and has no clue why that dance is called the moonwalk. anywho. if anyone has that, i`d be nice to see. 5/5 for awsum old school pop n lock

I think too many dismiss this video too easily as another lame 80s robot dancing video.
Theres elements of MJ and popular youtube hits of (break)dancers.

I almost stopped watching myself until I saw his `moonwalk`, where he is trying to make it seem he is pulling himself up with a rope and then letting himself go releasing by releasing it.
Saw another one from the early 80s where a guy used an umbrella to catch wind and sliding back.
