That`s why I usually say those things, instead of the lies. It`s the only way to make the reality come into line with what we want. No I`m not perfect about it, it`s not kind to say some of the really hurtfull things, but you have to try to be aware of the truth, and NOT be happy when you feel like you have to lie.
