Its called Powered Paragliding or Paramotoring if you are european-basically you are flying a paraglider wing under power as opposed to free flight. Parasailing is where you have a round parachute looking wing designed to be pulled behind a boat or in rare cases land vehicles on a length of line. parasailing and paragliding are about as similar as the superman ride in an amusement park and being a space shuttle pilot/astronaut.
