These guys are awesome. The lyrical work is more melodic while the instrumental is brutal... very good mix, especially for metal.

They`re not your average metal band in which everyone tries to cramp in as much "skill" as they can, they`re strictly orientated on the rhythm just like a punk band `xept it doesn`t suck.

If you think they`re mediocre then just move on to your Malmsteen or Iron Maiden, they`re just trying to find a style that hasn`t been done before.

@ckyvick -- you can`t recommend black/death metal to people who like disturbed. how about they just listen to good nu metal (which there is some) in bands like Deftones, Chevelle and old Breaking Benjamin and old Linkin Park... and if you`re going to recommend a black/death metal band, try something better than those ones... lol, how about Bodom, Opeth or Dark Tranquility?
