By the way...

There is a difference between Graffitti and what this is.

This is called tagging, tagging is where individuals usually in a gang or group of people go out under a made up name (like a screen name in CSS or COD4) and deface public property. The more public the spot in which you place your tag, the more fame you warrant. Taggers that develop enough fame become respected in amongst other gangs and by individuals. Though if you tag over another individual or crews tag, this is a sign of disrespect.

Tagging is mostly associated with gangbangers. And is not usually like seen in the video. A tag usually consists of just straight writing that is illegible to non taggers. The type of tag seen in the video is known as a throw, its easily identified because the middle is 90% of the time silver, and is made out like bubble writing. The rare form of tagging is called a bomb or a stomp. These are large pieces created usually on legal walls or areas as they take a long time to complete, these pieces are usually unique and beautiful and could be classified as graffitti or art.

I use to be into this sorta shit, but I grew out of it very fast, it attracts a lot of unwanted attention. It really is just mindless vandalism of other peoples property.

If your into this sort of art I would recommend you look up a guy who calls himself SABER, or a guy who calls himself RIME, the things they have created are other worldly.

I always found it funny when American gang members call them selves gangbagers because here in Australia "Gangabanger" refers to a guy who takes part in an all male orgies.

This is stupid. I see no point in this. I am all for graffiti art or placing a message to inspire thought even if its on public property, that I can live with but this is just shit. I see stuff like this all the time, if you are going to ruin a surface for everyone to see at least make it worth while.
