This happened in my home town about a month ago, the cop`s name is officer Mitchell. In this video you will see a Blackwell police officr pull over a 80`s model Toyota pick up with two individuals inside with a dog. The cop immediately walks up and asks for both ids does not run tag. The police officer makes a comment about the drivers nose bleeding and to wipe it. He assumes the the man in the passenger seat was driving the vehicle when they had passed by him about three blocks earlier but the man in the passenger seat had been in the passenger seat the whole time. The police officer then walks over to the passenger side opens the door tells the passenger he is under arrest and to place his hands behind his back. The police officer does not reach for his hand cuffs,however, but for his mase. The victim then raises hands and asks why he is under arrest and is startled by the officer immediately spraying him with mase.
