Okay... AFAIK Greece, Spain, France and Belgium have banned Scn. Germany, the UK, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Austria, the Netherlands, actually almost all of Europe and Australia are countries where that cult is listed as an economic organisation, in some countries (like Germany) it`s under official surveillance by the secret services.
So, as a matter of fact, they aren`t as big as in the US. Which wouldn`t be such a big deal if the courts finally had the balls to call Scn out as an organisation.

I didn`t quite get that.
My point though was, that many other countries have realized the dangers of that cult and have done something against it. I`ve been reading about what some American judges had to say, yet they let them have their religious freedom and thereby making it easier on them.

Denouncing their religious status woudln`t really give them a real cause - and if they tried, there`s still quite a good chance they`d rather sue themselves bankrupt than actually regain that status.
Just MHO.
