i`m probably going to get voted down, but i think this is fake. it`s a guy talking to his friend, pretending that he got a call from a sales rep. insurance companies would unlikely allow calls to cell phones, because the FCC will fine them $300 per call. the guy on the phone sounds like a kid too. plus the ppl who would ask you to continue your car warranty would be someone you bought the car from in the first place, so why would the caller need to ask you about your car if they`re the ones who sold it to you.

the other 2 possibilities are the caller dialed the wrong number, which does not fit. or the kid called for an insurance quote and lied at the beginning about receiving the call
