he was talking about how kids are exposed to a loud environment, and the kid on the trampoline randomly screams in the other kid`s face like "WRAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!" (transliteration taken from subtitles)

i, for one, am laughing my ass off.

on a side note, `Lund` is the hindi/urdu word for penis. i found that funny too :)

ok he is just finishing a statement about the health people are talking about the children being in such a noisy environment is leading to 1 out of 5 kids ending up being hearing impared, directly after he says THAT statement the kid gets up in the other kids ear and SCREAMS, which makes him lose it and can`t stop laughing, if you dont get it you`re pretty dense, no offense or anything.
