my mom used to say things like this to me. until I reminded her that my generation is the way it is because her generation taught us to be that way. then I reminisced about the times my mom had left me and my sister alone at home with the t.v. for a babysitter. and then I asked her if my grandmother had ever left her alone and the conversation stopped rather abruptly.... funny huh?
