It`s one of those videos that start in the middle of the chase and don`t really explain the events that lead up to some guy barreling down the road putting innocent peoples lives in danger. If I had to take a guess though he wouldn`t be doing it if the cops would just let him get away and follow with a chopper. The thing about cops is this is the most fun part of the job and they really don`t give a shit what kind of stakes innocent lives are at....just as long as they get to feel like the pathetic fraternal of power is making a bigger penis.

Also like to touch bases on how cops are always bewildered on what they expect on a car chase...your a fucking cop! simple human empathy will go a long way in regards of what the narrarator described as a "stressed individual"
