anyway, the walmart thing, my understanding is that in the employee`s health care section of the contract, any money employees get for suing other ppl for medical damages is supposed to go to walmart to pay off any money walmart spent on employee health costs. since it`s in the contract, this is legally binding, but it`s giving walmart a real bad rep. according to walmart, they would like to let the woman keep her money, but they say they can`t make exceptions or else other employees may ask for special favors too

Walmart paid 470,000 for her medical expenses which she was covered for under their health plan. HOWEVER, in the fine print, the plan said that Walmart has the right to recoup the cost medical expenses should the person covered collects money in another lawsuit.

Basically, she won 417k from the trucking company, and Walmart wants it back to cover THEIR expenses.

WHAT THE FUCK. She didn`t fraudulently obtain fuck. THEY FUCKING HIT HER WITH A SEMI. And Walmart wants HER MONEY to cover THEIR MEDICAL PAYOUT. ENGLISH MOTHERFUCKER, DO YOU SPEAK IT?!

My mom`s paralyzed with brain damage. She thinks I`m still 14 (I`m 20). You can go fuck yourself if you think this is some sort of joke.
