They`re talking about spirituality ideas

In spirituality they believe in reincarnation: past lives,
the woman states that if "any of your past lives were good, we wouldn`t have to do it again", because when one becomes "enlightened" in a lifetime, such as the great avatars Jesus and Buddha - they do not have to keep reincarnating as humans, they can just BE, as existence, as God, as all around-ness,
People who do not transcend their fears, their hatred, their judgment, they have to keep incarnating again in the same trippy-ness, trying to learn the lessons of life


the guy with long hair thinks he was a wizard in a past life

then they start talking about third grade,

They talk of body, soul, and spirit.
The body and soul are not attached, only the illusion that you are your body/mind contain you to your body. Thus they can have "out of body" experiences which are quite euphoric,
this is a level of "higher" consciousness, aware that you are not your body. But have a feeling of "all-ness",
Colors and lights are much brighter in higher levels of consciousness as well,

this can be achieved through practice of meditation, love, compassion and nonjudgement, or simulated by drugs (simulated but not maintained, for drugs drop your consciousness level lower after the high)

They also talk about sexual experiences
