I got suspended for 5 days before pre-9/11 for just shooting my toy Cap Gun in class, can`t wait to see how many days or expulsion a kid playing with this would get post-9/11.

^^^^ My school would definitely consider this an incendiary/explosive device. Even those little noise makers(poppers?) can get you suspended. Many of the rules are quite ridiculous. Last week, a student got charged with assault and was expelled for throwing a pie at the vice-principal during a pep rally. His weapon of choice: Pie.
