1st possibility of what it means:
"Americans think about this, comparing my place to yours, i can go outside and play tennis everyday. Its country like Dubai that have the better weather not like America"

2nd possibility:
"Dubai is more peaceful compared to America, we can play tennis out there in the funnel clouds"

Note: I dont know what the fuck is a funnel cloud...Tornado perhaps??? if so, is miles saying he can play in a tornado at Dubai???
