I would actually perfer Bush to stay alive instead of taking the same route as Lincoln. Killing him would potentially make him a martyr to those Bush loving fundamentalists. If anything, he should rot in prison for the rest of his life or possibly subjected to the same tortures that he allowed.

Waterboard Bush for a few months, maybe he will confess about 9/11 or whatever else we want him to finally tell the truth about.
