I live in the US and I don`t count my money like that. I fold the bills in half then pull the bill towards me.

china`s right, exept some people fold the bills in half and keep hold of the folded edge with either ring or middle finger. think I`m ganna start doing it the russian way... looks confusing and cool at the same time.

there`s also another technique I`ve seen in the UK and canada is where they put a stack down and put their wrist down on one edge with the fingers pointing towards the other edge of the bills length wise, and they pull back and curl the bills under the palms as they count

The afghanistan/mid-east way seems to be the most efficient. It seems to be the fastest and you`ve got a firm grip on your stash in case someone wanted to snatch up on you.

The middle eastern way looks weird, but kool at same time, the turkish way is just asking to get their cash stolen, and I live in the US and thats mostly how i count my cash
