Holy shit, is that Oxford St? If it is, lol, I bartended at a gay bar just down the road from them.

And contrary to this post, (I`m not sure about "hanging out" at a gay bar picking up) but WORKING at a gay bar is the absolute easiest place I`ve ever worked to pick up hot women. Not trying to brag, only giving advice. Seriously, get behind the bar and as long as you don`t look like quazimotto, it`s a fucking joke to pick up women there. Think about it, the HAVE to at some point talk to you, and there`s absolutely NO competition in the room other than tosser guys doing what these two are doing.

I thought it sounded stupid too, I had dropped of a resume without knowing what type of bar it was and was slightly apprehensive about working there until one of the guys there explained how easy it is for "the straights" to pull girls in there. He told me to give it a week and see what I thought, "Mate, you`ll never have an easier time pulling birds" lol and he was right.
I`m just saying, try it. you`re the "oooh, look how comfortable and confident he is in himself" guy.
"fag-tags" are hot, and they`re there to get away from creepy guys on the pull. So it`s time for the surprise attack! lol


EDIT: Yes, you will be hit on by guys, but who the fuck cares anyway? It`s not like "gay" is contagious! It`s actually kinda flattering lol

Vytrtualdogg, you are very correct. There is no competition at gay bars and over 50% of the women that go there on weekend nights are straight. I used to get so many numbers and 1 night stands from women at those clubs. Also, it is where I met my wife. So, unless you are homophobic, you well have fun, you wont have to deal with asshole guys.

gay bars are still the most fun i`ve had at bars, craziest people (and nicest.. and some meanest..) very diverse crowds, and much less prone to the straight bar frequency of violence.

the inside of that bar looks like I remember the dance floor of `the village` in dallas. I`m straight and only went there with gay girls that I knew, but usually would be dancing with them or a straight girl with me. Some of the guys could come on pretty strong, but most were on their game and trying to be smooth - which is always fucked up for a straight guy to deal with at first, but really no big deal, and as mentioned above, it is not bad for the ego. Anyway, good times, its been about 7 years now.. seems like a different lifetime. <hits the pipe and wanders off in a haze of nostalgia>

LOL to be honest I allways thought thats where you would find hot girls as I have gay friends and girls allways hang around them to avoid "Guys that are assholes" Never tryed it but now I wont LOL. I worked in a bingo hall thought that would be great for girls, but amazingly girls there only wanna talk about how much they hate guys. What a twisted world we live in.

I went to a gay bar a long long time ago and had a great time. I loved dudes buying me drinks, that was awesome. I actually met a girl and hung out with her there. very fun time.

That would have been an experience. Hmm Think that would be the only time i would not like it if i got hit on by a girl. I Would be wondering if they though i was a female with a beard.

lol I know what you mean about the drug scene there. The very first night I worked there the owner was in pilled to the hills being a "one maaaan partaaaayy!" on the dancefloor, and my manager collapsed in an epileptic seizure because he`d taked too much coke and not enough insulin. Talk about an insane first day haha. I remember trying to make sure his airway was clear and there was some shithead "bitchy guy" at my bar snapping his finger going "*psh, ex-SCUSE-Meeah! Can i get some Dah-rinks heeeere?!" *waving finger wildly*
