CBS and the Washington Post both put it at 879 days. Over 30% of his total time as president was spent at "the ranch."

He easily beats Reagan`s record for the most vacation days.

I mean, more than two full years of vacation days?
I knew he took a lot of time off, but that shocked me.
(His staffers claim he works a lot at the ranch, takes security briefings, etc. - before going out golfing and mountain biking, I guess.)

Gixxer, there are so many ways to expose Shrub as the worst U.S. president. Just saying he sucks is such a general statement that seescruffyrun really hasn`t given him any information about how to think.

See, in my country the electorate has been divided into spineless sycophants that surrender all critical thinking to defend their party, even if it hurts their own interests. Then there`s the rest of us. By offering sympathy for this Administration, ronsonol has revealed himself to be the invertebrate type of American. So what do you do w/ a man that chooses to act like a dog, putting his party`s interests above his own for the sake of pleasing the ones that dominate said party?

Well, you treat him like a beast of burden, as that`s the treatment he`s come to expect. He`s still going to benefit from any democracy the free thinkers will be able to salvage after this Administration strolls out of office, wind at their backs. When ronsonol gets off his knees and starts walking & talking like a man, and making an effective argument against conventional wisdom (Bush sucks), folks just might start speaking TO him instead of AT him.

He forgot to mention how fucking stupid one half of US is for voting him in and how equally stupid the other half is in not being able to do jack shit to oust him whilst in term.

Buchanan split the nation, Bush is dismantling its democratic foundations of checks and balances for everyone (including minorities), and quite possibly for the rest of this nation`s existence. Buchanan made U.S. citizens want to fight to separate from the union, Bush is trying very hard to make the union not worth fighting for. His masters` goals are to make our democratic processes meaningless, like Iraqi elections in the 90s.

Even if Bush isn`t the worst president ever, he is probably the last person I would want to "run" the US.

Bush has pretty much done everything he could wrong.

Iraq could have gone OK and there even was a list of things to do to ensure it would be over quickly and one of things not to do so you don`t have to stay around for several years, went for all the stupid shit.

Hunting bin Laden, haven`t found him and now the US are stuck with a bastard child called Afghanistan.

He isn`t making the economy stronger, the dollar went up after 9/11 and when people started realizing that everything was going down the shitter they just stopped caring more and more. Now I am making bargain after bargain on sites like eBay cause the dollar has dropped to low.
