I live out in Arizona and I swear to God these people have no clue how to drive.
When I first moved out here I was driving on the freeway and to my right was a merging on ramp. The person coming onto the freeway was so scared to try & merge that they pulled over to the side of the freeway, let everyone pass them and then got back on when there were no cars in sight. I hate Arizona drivers. Most of them are retards.
