the place is called xochimilco I`ve been there. Basically those boats take tourists little trip around in a river. dunno why it was so crowded. The Ironic thing is that each boat has a name and I remember the one I actually rode in was named Titanic.

This happened some years ago, it got into the news because some of the drowned. Most of them where teenagers wasted because of drinking 2 much tequila.

^^it`s too bad that some drowned. drinking and boat riding don`t mix. so does overfilled boats :( i think this happens in other places too. i remember ferries capsizing, i forgot where, like in india maybe. their trains are crazy too.
