That is just gruesome and tragic :|
We live a life of luxury compared to back then and we still somehow manage to complain about how bad we have it...
It makes me sad to think about the lack of human compassion back in those days, even now in this modern age. :(

WOW, I have to say that this was a really good series. We should someday hope to realize how good we have it. No matter what circumstances we live in today it wasnt a fraction of how bad they had it back then. And it doesnt matter what religion they were, they were all human beings and no one should have to go through that ever. Very sad that some of these things still go on today, even if you never hear about them.
