I liked the movie but the music was way to chaotic in some cases, they seemed to jump between 4-5 different song constantly while still in the same scene. Still I always enjoy gloomy Burton movies.

^^^ Supposedly he sang the entire score of Fiddler on the Roof for his audition, including all the dances and dazzled the auditioners(is that the word?)

^^ It`s a lot cleaner if the origional musical than it is in the movie. In the movie the actors don`t have as strong a singing voice as their stage performing counterparts, yet they keep the music just as loud and it seems to make things sound really messy.

people that just automatically assumed it was stupid because of the fact that it was a musical have zero class or maturity, it was a great movie with tons of blood and evil. Try giving it a shot with an open mind instead of just going "ooh singing haha dem homos"
