Man, I was glued to that like a kid to Saturday morning cartoons. Too bad Tyson turned into a real POS. He will never be on the level of Ali and Sugar Ray no matter how good of a fighter he was.

ALI BUM BAI YEY! in my opinion Ali would have knocked Tyson out if both were in there prime, Ali has knock-out power but more crucially he was impossible to hit and was deadly accurate tyson would have had to chase him everywhere only to swing his lethal megaton punches and probably miss...

^^^^ You sir are 100% correct ^^^^
Foreman hit much harder than Tyson in his prime but never came close to Ali. Had Ali and Foreman not co-existed at the same moment in time Foreman would have been champ for 10-plus years.
Ali always took him to school as he would without a doubt have taken Tyson had they met in their primes.

Awesome film alert: When we were Kings.(Watch it)

I don`t agree. Tyson in his prime was much faster, especially on the inside, than Ali was. Plus he could hit a LOT harder. Tyson is a real tradgedy for boxing. He had the potential to be the greatest heavyweight (skill-wise) ever, but completely blew it thanks to mr. Fuckhead King.
And back when Tyson was with his first trainer he didn`t have the temper he does now, and actually was scarred when he got into the ring, as opposed to later years when he used anger. So the taunting wouldn`t have got to him.
Foreman is a monster, but was much slower and less elusive than tyson was at 20. Just watch some older fights. Ali is amazing, but far from unbeatable, Fraser did it twice. No one had the speed+power+footwork that tyson did in his prime, and by that I mean PRE-DON KING. That was such a loss for boxing. *sigh*

I think Rocky Marciano or Jack Dempsy vs Ali would be a hell of a fight.

JimCarr

Agree about Foreman too! Now THERE was a hell of a boxing legend. I mean, what was his record when he finally retired? 76-5-0!! with 68 KO`s!! Now that`s fucking amazing, and he fought into his 50s. That is a hell of a role model.
If he`d have had his Epiphany before he fought Ali it would have been a different story for sure. But hats off to Ali for exploiting a weakness.

I think Tyson also made a great comment about Ali when he mentionned making his opponents believe his hype about being unbeatable. That persona was an IMMENSE task to step up to.

Plus, Sugar Ray, one of the greatest lighter fighters to ever step in the ring. God, I wish the days of Duran/Leonard would come back! No more of this "fight twice a year" garbage. Robinson lost and regained his title in under a month for god`s sake.
