I may or may not agree with cloning, but Rael`s antagonists just made jokes, asked manipulated questions, and ridiculed him. To be fair, he was the only one on the show who had anything intelligent to say, and his words were quite philosophical.

His idea and his organization are nothing new though, so can see why people want to ridicule him.

His organization is just another form of religion, meant to mold its follower`s ideas, and thus manipulate the way they act.

Individuals create organizations because they want
1) Power
2) Money
and the two have gone hand in hand throughout history.

I agree with kfox.
whether he`s crazy and speaking only of dreams he`s had that he thinks are real or not, he is not berating his interviewers as they are their interviewee. I am not familiar with his organization or whatever you call it, but if it is a spiritual movement then it is to promote peace, prosperity, and well-being such as were the motives of Ghandi as he mentions, and I see nothing wrong with others aiming high. If they charge 6million like scientology then they better not come knocking at my door =o

as for cloning, I don`t understand why people are still against the notion... even if you clone yourself your clone has to be brought up from birth and will not share any of the same environment/experiences you had in your childhood; effectively it will be an entirely different person. the genetic material has been copied and nothing more. I don`t know why anyone would be interested in doing this, but if they are I don`t see any harm inherit in it.

It`s good to see that there are some people on here with brains.

Whether you agree with or believe in Rael, he was the only one making any sense during this show. I don`t see how this clip reflects badly on him. The only stupidity I see here is the people interviewing him and most of the audience.

He talks about peace and non-violence, freedom for individuals, thinking for yourself and that`s crazy? But when you hear someone like George W Bush talk about peace, and how he`s going to bomb another country for peace and to give them democracy (whether they want it or not) and everyone thinks that`s normal and ok...? I don`t get it.

Agree with him or not, I think people need to wake up and start questioning for themselves, rather than have some talking heads tell them what they should believe or think.

I also don`t see the problem with cloning. If anything, it brings solutions to all sorts of problems.

If all those people out there who are opposed to cloning because they believe someone is going to create "an army of clones" then what are they doing to stop the corporate media that are already doing that with fear and disinformation?
