so does anybody have any information on the outcome of this? because all I saw in the video was a girl that wouldn`t listen to the bus driver but the bus driver did go farther than she is allowed too. and it was all on tape i just want to know what was decided in court on this.

well come on now, seriously... driving a bus when ya got 30 kids all talking loud as balls can get annoying. picking one girl out who`s talking the loudest on her phone, and telling her to stop should have been the end of it.

lil rebellious bitch should have had her ass kicked more - all she had to do was hang up her phone at the first request and shit would have been done with right there. who the fuck is a 14 yr old bitch talking to that SO damn important it can`t wait 30 min for her skank ass to get off the bus?

A relative of mine has worked as a bus driver before for about a year, and from what I saw in the regulations manual, if the student does not listen to direct orders from the bus driver, the student could be held responsible for disorderly conduct. But in this case, the female bus driver got physical near the end of the video and needless to say, she messed up. If the bus driver just should have just asked for the cell phone in the first place [regardless if the brat doesn`t cooperate], it would have been fine. But alas, this is another example of out-of-control stress.

I greatly dislike rudeness and overall disrespect to elders. 5/5

Why not let the bitch off the bus? That`s the first thing I`d do if I were a bus driver, is start throwing kids off the bus. Say something smart as they`re stepping off like, well, that`s one less stop I need to make before clocking out. After carefully viewing this I realized that the girl was being over dramatic. She should have just stopped making a scene and that way everyone can just go home.

I don`t how it turned physical, because the girl was shouting over the drivers voice.

She couldn`t let the girl off the bus because it is the driver`s responsibility to bring those kids home safely.

If the girl gets hurt or run over, somewhere between the drop off point to her home, because the driver let her out, who`s fault would it lay on? It would be the Drivers fault

The bus driver won this fight. The school official are suspending the girl with possible aggravated assault charges and she realizes she was f**ked up. The bus driver was in the right. That stupid bitch should sat down and stop being such a f***ken drama queen.
