im sure he`s talking about the income tax law which was never legally ratified the majority of the states which means you actually dont have to pay your taxes because there is no actual law to do so.

Deathmarine, do some research before you don`t pay your taxes. You have to take the right steps and actions to be able to do it. If you just say im not paying, you can still get fucked.

Deathmarine...if you`re not legally obligated to pay your taxes, I dare you not to.

The guy who wrote the book (literally) on the illegal nature of the IRS, and the premise on which this video plea is based, went to jail for not paying his taxes.
