seriously. cops are fucked when it comes to abuse of power. they take things way too far. not all mind you, but the ones you hear about (and there`s more and more every time i come on this site) it makes them ALL look bad.

Okay lets look at this logically. She has her hands cuffed so she can`t protect myself when she falls. If there is a chance she might hurt herself, the duty of care lies on the cop to *place* her on the ground.

If that went wrong and she slammed her face into the ground sufficient to break her nose and give her two black eyes THEN WHY IS THERE A HUGE POOL OF BLOOD on the floor.

He either beat the shit out of her or she fell (or was pushed) and he let her lie there in a growing pool of her own blood. It`s either brutality or negligence take your pick.

Can this case be any more obvious to any given person? Cop turns off camera and proceeds to assault a woman. She is taken out on a fucking stretcher. And yet, nothing happens.

The thing is that common sense and judgment is COMPLETELY separate from the judicial system in this police state that we live in. Common sense states that he beat the shit out of her. The law states that nothing can be concluded because HE TURNED OFF THE CAMERA.

This truly makes me sick. My parents brought me here from the wreckage that was Eastern Europe after the fall of the USSR. I am wondering if that was such a good idea...

I think it is a good idea to co-operate with police. It`s pretty obvious that the woman`s nose was broken by her face making solid contact with the floor, most likely assisted by the policeman there. The black eyes, the amount of blood. It`s a busted honker for sure. Don`t get too carried away. This wasn`t a cop just going crazy beating the hell out of someone for no reason. The woman did herself no favors the entire time she was in custody.

Although I don`t agree with what the policeman has seemingly done there, I can certainly understand it. Him being fired? I can understand that too.
