Church Urges Hanky Panky Among Members



A southwest Florida church issued a challenge for its married members: Hanky panky every day. Relevant Church head pastor Paul Wirth issued the 30-day sex challenge to take on high divorce rates.

"And that's no different for people who attend church," Wirth said Sunday. "Sometimes life gets in the way. Our jobs get in the way."

The challenge doesn't extend to unwed congregants, however.

wow. how stupid is that. that`s the most stupidest least thought out plan to fix things. sex will not change the underlying causes of marriage problems. what happens if they get pregnant and still divorce? that kid`s going to have to live through a lot of crap. plus they encourage it when their religion discourages it (while unmarried), when they`re all consensual adults. hypocrites.

WTF? You guys totally either missed the point or part of what was said or you have a completely wrong idea of Christianity. The article says the pastor challenged MARRIED members to have sex once a day for 30 days. This forces them to learn more about each other or they give up plus this happened awhile back. Not a LONG time ago but not like last week. Christianity and even Catholicism have never said don`t have sex period, you`re only supposed to after you`re married. These days that`s not going to happen but I`ll tell you what, if you`re REALLY into your spouse then you`ll definitely learn more about each other because you have to start being more creative.
