I honestly think its a stretch to say McCain flipped on this issue. McCain has said countless times that he is against waterboarding yet for other methods of interogation which happen to also be agreed upon and allowed under the United Nations and the Army Field Manual. This bill that McCain voted against was so much broader than just waterboarding. Waterboard was one word in over 15,000.

Personally, I`m sick of republicans and democrats taking the opposing sides issues to the extreme and blowing them out of proportion.

While Olbermann and OReilly may be polar opposites politically, they are both sensationalist and extremist. Turn off your tvs, research on your own, and come up with your own opinions. F Fox news, F sensationalist media... F Bush

hmm so he didn`t SAY he`s now for waterboarding, he just voted against a bill that included banning waterboarding. sooo..his actions support waterboarding, but he might be doing that because there`s something he didn`t like about the bill? that`s my impression on what was said in the clip. i don`t know much about waht`s going on though. i do hate it when people are inconsistent on things whenever it profits them. off to the next post, "my friends."

How can they say that waterboarding produces results?
When you have been kidnapped/sexually abused/beaten/terrorised by vicious dogs and tortured, you`ll "confess" to anything.. Who the fuck do the US government think they are that they can justify this and be considered civilised!
Way to create terrorists guys!.. Watch the doco "Taxi to the darkside" and see how deep this rabbit hole goes!

I guess if Kieth olberman and Air America want us to be nicer to terrorists, we should do it. Besides what would McCain know about torture. After all, he was ONLY a POW for 5 1/2 years. What a waste of time listening to two morons trying to have a discussion. Why doesn`t Olberman attack Democrats...o wait, he just does BS propaganda. Woops, I almost assumed he was intellectually honest for a second.
